Refund Policy
If for some reason you can no longer make it to the event that you have registered and paid for, please read the terms and conditions below.
Refunds
If you want to cancel your paid for registrations, ONE Project can refund you up until … and transfer your spot to the waiting list for another event of your choice. There will be a (terms of cancellation such as amount or something) charge to cancel and refund your ticket. If you sponsored our event, you have (how long?) to cancel that sponsorship. There will be a (how much) charge that applies (or how much of the sponsorship is refunded).
Transferring Your Place
If you can’t make it, you may transfer your spot to another but details of the new attendee will need to be provided to us. Also, if a transfer is being made, you must notify by (date). No transfers can be issued for passes that are cancelled on or after (date). Please notify ONE Project if you wish to transfer your spot at lead@one-project.org.
Why do we have these policies?
Our policies help us meet all invoices that are due before our events. In addition, it allows us to ensure that our attendees receive their personalized lanyards and event swag.
