Code of Conduct
All ONE Project attendees, speakers, sponsors and volunteers at our conferences, conventions and training workshops are required to agree with the following code of conduct. Organisers will enforce this code throughout events and programmes. We are expecting full cooperation from all attendees to ensure a safe environment for all involved.
A Condensed Look

Our conferences, conventions and workshops are dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, nationality, race, or religion (be it religious, non-religious or lack of religion). We will not tolerate harassment of attendees in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any event venue, including workshops, dialogue sessions and any online media. Attendees who violate these rules may be sanctioned or required to leave the event without a refund at the discretion of the event organisers.
The Full Version

Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, nationality, race, or religion (be it religious, non-religious or lack of religion), sexual images in public places, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or videography, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.

Attendees asked to stop any of such behavior are expected to comply immediately. In addition, attendees are to be dressed appropriately in clothing with sleeves that do no bare their midriff and three-quarter or long pants. This is to ensure that they do not draw unwelcome sexual attention and also because the venue itself could be cold in temperature.

Sponsors, speakers and volunteers are also subject to the anti-harassment policy. In particular, sponsors, speakers and volunteers should not use sexualized images, activities, or other material or dress in sexualized clothing/uniform/costumes, or otherwise create a sexualized environment.

If an attendee engages in harassing behavior, the organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expelling them from the event without a refund.

If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of the staff immediately. Staff can be identified (by what they will be wearing).

Our staff will be happy to help attendees contact venue security or local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of any of our events. We value your attendance.

We expect attendees to follow these rules at any of our events and event-related social gatherings.
